外固定支架和中药内服治疗胫骨骨折疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of Chinese medicine combined with external fixator on tibial fractures

目的探讨中药联合外固定支架治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将本院2010年4月至2012年4月期间收治的68例胫骨骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均给予单臂外固定支架治疗,仅观察组加用中药治疗。分析两组的治疗效果,一般时间指标并记录治疗期间的不良反应。结果观察组的治疗优良率高于对照组(67.65%vs.44.12%,P<0.05),"优"的例数多于对照组(44.12%vs.17.65%,P<0.01);肿胀消除时间(P<0.05)、疼痛消除时间(P<0.05)、骨痂形成时间(P<0.01)及骨折愈合时间(P<0.01)均短于对照组;除对照组出现1例针孔感染和1例皮肤切口感染,经抗生素对症治疗后得到缓解。两组均未有其他不良反应报道。结论中药联合外固定支架治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效较好,不仅可提高治疗优良率,而且可促进骨折愈合及肿胀疼痛症状的缓解,可在骨折治疗中推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with external fixator on tibial fractures.Methods Totally 68 cases with tibial fractures admitted by our hospital from April 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=34）.Both groups were given external fixation treatment,while only observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect and general time indicators were investigated as well as the adverse reactions during treatment.Results The excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group（67.65% vs.44.12%,P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s swelling eliminate time（P〈0.05）,pain relief time（P〈0.05）,callus formation time（P〈0.01）and fracture healing time（P0.01）were shorter than the control group.Only one case of the pinhole infection and skin incision infection were found in the control group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with external fixation treatment on tibial fractures was better,not only improving the therapeutic excellent rate,but also promoting fracture healing and relief of symptoms of pain,worth being promoted further.
