防己黄芪汤改善肺叶切除术后患者肺功能的临床研究

Clinical Research of Lung Function Improvement of Patients After Pulmonary Lobectomy Treated by Fangji Huangqi Decoction

目的:探讨防己黄芪汤改善肺叶切除术后患者肺功能的临床疗效。方法:将行肺叶切除术的100例患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予术后常规护理治疗包括预防感染、低流量吸氧、雾化吸入、呼吸锻炼等;观察组在常规护理治疗的基础上加用中药防己黄芪汤(方药组成:防己15 g,黄芪18 g,白术12 g,甘草6 g)。观察两组的肺功能改善情况。结果:两组患者术后14 d的FVC、PEF、FEV1等肺功能指标较术后1 d均明显改善,观察组术后14 d肺功能优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用防己黄芪汤对改善肺叶切除术后患者肺功能临床疗效显著。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of lung function improvement after pulmonary lobectomy treated by Fangji Huangqi Decoction.Methods：100 cases of patients with pulmonary lobectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 50 cases.The control group was given postoperative conventional treatment nursing,including the prevention of infection,low flow oxygen,atomizing inhalation,and respiratory exercise,etc.The observation group was additionally treated with Fangji Huangqi Decoction based on the conventional nursing treatment.（Composition：Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae 15 g,Astragalus mongholicus 18 g,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 12 g,Liquorice 6 g）.Lung Function improvement of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The lung function indexes such as FVC,PEF,FEV1 of the two groups postoperative two weeks were obviously improved compared with postoperative one day.The lung function of the observation group postoperative two weeks was better than that of control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of lung function improvement after pulmonary lobectomy treated by Fangji Huangqi Decoction is distinct.
