加味温胆汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺部真菌感染临床研究

Clinical Research of Modified Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of ChronicObstructive Pulmonary Diseases with Pulmonary Fungal Infection

目的:探讨加味温胆汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺部真菌感染的临床疗效。方法:将92例确诊为COPD合并肺部真菌感染的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用加味温胆汤治疗(方药组成:半夏10 g,竹茹10 g,枳实10 g,陈皮10 g,茯苓10 g,黄芩15 g,瓜蒌15 g,桃仁10 g,地龙10 g,丹参20 g,甘草10 g)。结果:治疗组有效率为95.62%,对照组有效率为76.09%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味温胆汤治疗COPD合并肺部真菌感染疗效肯定。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases with pulmonary fungal infection.Methods：92 cases diagnosed as COPD with bellows fungal infection were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given Modified Wendan Decoction based on the control group（Pinellia ternata 10 g,Caulis bambusae in taeniam 10 g,Fructus aurantii immaturus 10 g,Pericarpium citri reticulatae 10 g,Poria cocos 10 g,Scutellaria baicalensis 15 g,Trichosanthes kirilowii maxim 15 g,Peach kernel 10 g,Lumbricus 10 g,Salviae miltiorrhizae 20 g,Liquorice 10 g）.Results：The effective rate was 95.62% in treatment group and 76.09% in control group.Comparison the effective rate of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases with pulmonary fungal infection is positive.
