浅析中医治疗身材矮小之难

Briefly Analysis of the Difficulties of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Short Stature

目的:探讨中医治疗身材矮小的难点。方法:通过理论分析与实践总结,分析中医治疗身材矮小的难点。结果:矮小症治疗的难点在于目前未有符合中医诊治特色的"矮小症"定义造成中医治疗定位之难;未有大样本的疗效分析造成辨证之难;未有适合小儿口味且服用简便的制剂造成服药之难。结论:中医药治疗身材矮小正待起步,其中必有很多难点,为解决这些问题,应根据中医药特点,准确定位,积累经验,形成能发挥中医药优势的辨证治疗体系。

Objective：To investigate the difficulties of traditional Chinese medicine in treating short stature.Methods：Analyzed the difficulties of traditional Chinese medicine in treating short stature through theoretical analysis and practice summary.Results：There is not in conformity with the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment currently to define ＂dwarfism＂ to locate Chinese medicine treatment.No large sample analysis causes difficult of differentiating syndrome as well as not suitable preparation for children＂ s taste and simple preparations.Conclusion：Chinese medicine treatment for short stature is starting with a lot of difficulties.Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment system should be established according to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,accurate positioning and accumulated experience to solve these problems.
