芪棱汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血液中同型半胱氨酸含量及神经缺损评分的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Qileng Decoction on Serum Contents of Homocysteine and Neurological Defect Scores of Rats with Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

摘要 目的:探讨益气养阴活血代表方芪棱汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血液中同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)含量的影响。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、芪棱汤组及补阳还五汤组。各组于造模前7 d给予灌胃,每只每次20 mL.kg-1,每日2次。空白组予生理盐水,模型组、芪棱汤组及补阳还五汤组以L-蛋氨酸(1 g.kg-1)灌胃,芪棱汤组和补阳还五汤组分别给相应药液。采用改良线栓法复制模型,治疗前及治疗后分别进行神经缺损评分,并检测血中同型半胱氨酸浓度。结果:芪棱汤可明显改善神经缺损评分,疗效优于模型组及补阳还五汤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。芪棱汤与补阳还五汤干预均能够降低血中Hcy的浓度,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且芪棱汤组的疗效优于补阳还五汤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:芪棱汤能够降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠血液中同型半胱氨酸浓度,治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,且效果优于补阳还五汤。 Objective:To study the influence of Qileng Decoction on serum contents of homocysteine of rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods:80 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,Qileng Decoction group,and Buyang Huanwu Decoction group.The groups were given intragastric administration 7 days before building the mold in turn according to the result of grouping.First weighting then gavage,and one rat 20 mL·kg-1 each time,2 times a day.The blank group was given normal saline orally,and the other groups were given intragastric administration of L-methionine(1 g·kg-1).Qileng Decoction group,and Buyang Huanwu Decoction group were additionally given the corresponding soups respectively.Modified thread-occlusion method was used to duplicate the model,and serum contents of homocysteine were observed before and after the treatment.Neurological defect score were scored before and after the treatment.Results:Qileng Decoction can obviously improve neurological defect score,and the effect of group of Qileng Decoction was superior than that of the control group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction group,and the differences had statistical significance(P0.01).Intervention of Qileng Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction both can reduce the concentration of Hcy in serum,and the difference had statistical significance compared with the model group(P0.05),and the curative effect of Qileng Decoction is better than that of Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Qileng Decoction can reduce homocystein of rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,and it has definite curative effect in treating acute cerebral infarction,and the effect of Qileng Decoction is better than that of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.
