摘要
目的:建立白芷中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Venusil XBP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长304 nm。结果:欧前胡素和异欧前胡素分别在0.15~1.80μg和0.10~1.20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.999 5、0.999 6);平均回收率分别为100.2%、99.4%,RSD%分别为1.57、1.21(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、重现性好,可用于测定药材白芷中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae by HPLC.Methods:The separation was performed on a Venusil XBP C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm),column using methanol-water(60:40)as mobile phase at 30 ℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelengths was set at 304 nm.Results:The linear relation was in the rang of 0.15~1.80 μg(r=0.999 5)for imperatorin,0.10~1.20 μg(r=0.999 6)for isoimperatorin,respectively.Their average recoveries were 100.2%(RSD was 1.57%),99.4%(RSD was 1.21%).Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,and reproducible for the content determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae.
