补肾健脾法辅助治疗免疫性习惯性流产临床研究

Clinical Research of Notifying Kidney and Spleen Method Auxiliary Treatment of Immunity Habitual Abortion

目的:探讨补肾健脾法辅助治疗免疫性习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法:将90例免疫性习惯性流产患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合叶酸及维生素E胶丸进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用寿胎丸(方药组成:菟丝子15 g,桑寄生15 g,川续断15 g,阿胶10 g,太子参30 g,怀山药15 g,白术15 g,杜仲10 g,炙甘草6 g)治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为62.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中医症状积分下降比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组。结论:补肾健脾法辅助治疗免疫性习惯性流产的疗效显著。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of notifying kidney and spleen method auxiliary treatment of immunity habitual abortion.Methods：90 patients with immunity habitual abortion were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given human chorionic gonadotropin combined with folic acid and vitamin E gelatin pearl.The observation group was treated with shoutai wan on the basis of the control group.（Composition：Semen Cuscutae 15 g,parasitic loranthus 15 g,teasel 15 g,donkey-hide gelatin 10 g,radix pseudostellariae 30 g,Rhizome Dioscorea 15 g,atractylodes macrocephala koidz 15 g,eucommia 10 g,fried licorice 6 g）.Clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results：The effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,the rate of the control group was 62.22%,comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Comparison of the decline of Chinese medicine symptom integral of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion：The effect of notifying kidney and spleen method auxiliary treatment of immunity habitual abortion is significant.
