阴道超声引导介入配合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块临床研究

Clinical Research of Transvaginal Ultrasonography-Guided Intervention Accompanied with Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema in Treating Pelvic Inflammatory Mass

目的:探讨阴道超声引导介入配合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效。方法:将23例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组11例和治疗组12例。对照组给予阴道超声引导介入治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合中药保留灌肠。结果:治疗组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为72.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道超声引导介入配合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of transvaginal ultrasonography-guided intervention accompanied with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treating pelvic inflammatory mass.Methods：23 patients were randomly divided into the control group of 11 cases and the treatment group of 12 cases.The control group was given transvaginal ultrasonography-guided intervention therapy,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the basis of the control group.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the rate of the control group was 72.73%,and comparison the effective rate of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of transvaginal ultrasonography-guided intervention accompanied with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treating pelvic inflammatory mass is distinct.
