理气活血药治疗慢性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Regulating Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Drugs for the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的:探讨理气活血药治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将256例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各128例。对照组采用平胃散治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用理气活血药治疗。结果:两组患者胃动力学指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理气活血药对慢性胃炎胃动力的治疗有积极的影响,对于患者胃动力恢复有明显的促进作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of regulating qi and activating blood circulation drugs in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods：256 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 128 cases.The control group was given Pingwei Powder treatment,the treatment group was treated with regulating qi and activating blood circulation drugs on the basis of the control group.Results：Comparing gastric dynamic index of the two groups of patients showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is positive effect of regulating qi and activating blood circulation therapy on chronic gastritis gastric motility,gastric motility recovery for patients with a clear role in promoting.
