骨疼静胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study of Gutengjing Capsule Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探讨骨疼静胶囊对神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将180例神经根型颈椎病患者采用随机数字表双盲法分为观察组及对照组各90例,观察组口服骨疼静胶囊;对照组口服颈复康胶囊。记录治疗前后临床症状的变化情况。结果:两组治疗前后临床症状、体征均有显著变化(P<0.05);观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为76.67%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨疼静胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of Gutengjing Capsule treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods：180 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 90 cases according to the method of random number table,double-blind.The observation group was given oral Gutengjing Capsule,and the control group was given oral Jingfukang Capsule.The changes of clinical symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded.Results：Clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment have changed significantly（P0.05）;The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Gutengjing Capsule in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant effect.
