八段锦促进腰椎间盘突出症康复的临床研究

Clinical Research of Rehabilitation Effect of Ba Duan Jin on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨八段锦促进腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者64例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组进行八段锦训练,对照组进行常规运动训练。分别于治疗前、治疗8周后用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎疾患量表对两组患者进行康复评定。结果:两组患者治疗后腰部VAS评分和JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),并且治疗组JOA总评分和分项日常生活活动(ADL)评分的改善幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦能显著改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的日常生活能力。

Objective：To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of Ba Duan Jin on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods：Sixty-four patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 32 cases.The treatment group was received Ba Duan Jin treatment.The control group was received conventional exercise treatment.Visual analogue scale（VAS） and Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） scale were used to assess the rehabilitation of patients of the two groups Respectively before and after 8 weeks treatment.Results：After 8 weeks,VAS scores and JOA scores were decreased significantly in the two groups（P0.05）.The improvement of JOA scores and ADL scores in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ba Duan Jin can improve the ability of daily living of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
