小儿解感颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床研究

Clinical Research of Xiaoer Jiegan Granule in Treating Children Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨小儿解感颗粒治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将140例上呼吸道感染患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各70例,对照组采用常规的抗病毒治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上同时服用小儿解感颗粒,5 d为1个疗程,治疗结束后,观察比较两组的疗效以及各个症状消失情况。结果:治疗组治愈率为82.86%,对照组治愈率为65.71%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为97.14%,对照组有效率为88.57%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组症状改善程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿解感颗粒可以显著改善小儿呼吸道感染临床症状,疗效较好,且无严重不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Xiaoer Jiegan Granule in treating children acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods：140 cases of children with upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each of 70 cases.The two groups were given conventional antiviral treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given Xiaoer Jiegan Granule on the basis of conventional treatment.5 days as a course of treatment,after treatment,curative effect and all symptoms disappearance of the two groups were comparative analyzed.Results：The cure rate of the treatment group was 82.86%,and the rate of the control group was 65.71%,comparison the rate of the two groups showed that the difference was significant（P0.05）;Effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,and the rate of the control group was 88.57%,comparison the rate of the two groups showed that the difference was significant（P0.05）.Comparison of symptoms improvement degree of the two group showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaoer Jiegan Granule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children acute upper respiratory tract infection,with good curative effect and adverse reaction.
