针刺头穴治疗中风病偏瘫时发生即刻效应的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Instant Effect of Scalp-Acupuncture Treatment of Apoplexy Hemiplegia

目的:观察针刺头穴治疗中风偏瘫时发生即刻效应的临床疗效。方法:60例中风患者采用头针针刺方法治疗,并采用神经功能缺损程度(NDS)评分量表,观察患者针刺头穴前后,上肢、下肢及手肌力临床疗效变化。结果:60例中风病患者治疗前后肌力提高Ⅱ级以上。结论:针刺头穴治疗中风病即刻效应明显,为针刺治疗中风病的一种有效方法。

Objective：To observe instant effect of scalp-acupuncture treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods：60 cases of patients with stroke were treated with scalp-acupuncture,and clinical effect changes of muscle strength of upper and lower limbs and hand were observed before and after scalp-acupuncture by neural function defect score（NDS）scale.Results：After treatment,the muscle strength of 60 cases of patients with stroke were improved aboveⅡlevel.Conclusion：Instant effect of scalp-acupuncture treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia is obvious,which is an effective method for acupuncture treatment of apoplexy.
