Shanghai Xuhui District Community Mental Health Service Model

目的探索适合本区域的社区心理卫生服务模式。方法由徐汇区卫生局牵头,成立相应的领导小组、工作小组、专家组。建立三级网络服务体系,制定合理可行实施方案,形成文件规范执行。先期一个街道试点探索,经过总结、论证,再推广至全区应用。结果经过近2年的实践,目前已经成为一项日常工作,并出台《徐汇区社区心理卫生工作实施方案》等系列相关文件。居民对心理服务反馈评价为满意和比较满意达95%以上,咨询(治疗)4次以上者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较咨询(治疗)前明显降低(t=4.12,3.74;P均<0.05)。结论本区域探索实行的社区心理卫生服务模式基本可行,实践中还需不断完善。

Objective To explore a way for the regional community mental health service model.Methods Under the leadership of Xuhui District Public Health Bureau,establish relevant leader group,team,group of experts.The establishment of three level network service system,make a reasonable and feasible implementation plan,form file and then perform.At first,by a block unit pilot,then summing up,demonstration,extension to the district.Results After nearly two years of practice,it had become a daily routine,and the introduction of ＂Xuhui district community mental health plan＂ and other series of relevant documents.More than 95% of residents were satisfied with the psychological service,residents who were above 4 times of consulting had lower scores of Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）than before consulting（t=4.12,3.74;P0.05）.Conclusion It is feasible to the implementation of community mental health service model,and also need to be perfected ceaselessly in practice.
