脑卒中患者早期心理干预对肢体功能康复的影响

The Effect of Early Psychological Intervention on Rehabilitation of Limb Function in Stroke Patients

目的探讨心理干预对脑卒中患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法将我院在2007年6月-2011年12月份收治的260例患脑卒中且符合入选条件者随机分成心理干预组和对照组,在康复功能训练3个月后进行Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表调查并评价前后变化。结果通过心理干预,心理干预组患者训练前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分与对照组相比较,康复效果显著(t=-8.679,-6.938,-5.632;P<0.05)。结论心理干预可以显著改善脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复,提高康复治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the rehabilitation of limb function in stroke patients.Methods This paper included 260 cases stroke and severe cognitive disorders which belonged to the period from June 2007 to December 2011.These cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,psychological intervention and control group.Fugl-Meyer motor scores,activities of daily living score and HAMD score were adopted after three months of rehabilitation functional training in order to evaluate the change.Results Compared with the control group,Fugl-Meyer motor scores,activities of daily living score and HAMD score of the psychological intervention group had significant effect on patients（t=-8.679,-6.938,-5.632;P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological intervention has great relevance to the rehabilitation of limb function in stroke patients which can improve treatment effect.
