精神科护士共情能力和影响因素

Psychiatric Nurses' Empathy Ability and Influencing Factors.

目的了解精神科护士共情能力状况及其影响因素。方法采用中文版杰弗逊共情量表对我院150名护士进行问卷调查。结果①精神科护士的共情能力评分为(105.57±11.87)分,处于中高水平;②学历高的护士共情能力评分明显高于学历低的护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);③职称高的护士共情能力评分反而降低,呈现出负相关(F=6.23,P<0.05);④护士的职业倦怠程度与共情能力呈负相关(P<0.005);⑤护士的工龄及与其他工作人员的关系均与共情能力呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论精神科护士的共情能力相对较好,共情能力受多种因素的影响。

Objective To understand the empathy capacity status of psychiatric nurses and its influencing factors.Methods Use the Chinese Version of the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals（JSE-HP） to survey 150 nurses.Results ① Psychiatric nurses＇ empathy score was（105.57±11.87） and in the high level;②There was significant difference in empathy score between different academic psychiatric nurses（P0.01）;③ There was significant difference in empathy score between different professional title of psychiatric nurses（P0.05）;④ Nurses＇ occupation burnout was negatively related to their empathy（P0.005）;⑤Nurses ＇ service and their relationship with other staff were related to empathy（P0.05）.Conclusion Psychiatric nurses ＇ empathy is relatively good,there are many factors which affect the ability of empathy.
