班级积极心理辅导培养初中学生积极心理品质的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨班级积极心理辅导培养初中学生积极心理品质的实验效果。方法采用开设积极心理辅导活动课和实施班级积极心理环境建设的方法,对自然班的初中学生进行实验干预。结果与对照班比较,实验班学生的心理品质有显著改善。实验班学生人格维度的宜人性、情绪性、谨慎性、开放性有极显著向好效果(t=4.47,-3.24,4.91,4.42;P均<0.01);应对方式有显著向好效果(积极应对t=4.12,P<0.01;消极应对t=-2.08,P<0.05);自尊得到显著改善(t=3.60,P<0.01)。结论实施班级积极心理辅导对于培养学生的积极心理品质有显著效果,是学校实施心理健康教育的有效途径。 Objective To explore the effect of class-based positive psychological counseling on improving the middle school students' positive psychological characters.Methods Teaching a positive psychological health coaching lesson and implementing class positive psychological environment construction were used in experimental intervention for junior middle school students.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group psychological characters had significantly improved.The personality dimensions of agreeableness,emotionality,conscientiousness,openness had significantly improved(t=4.47,-3.24,4.91,4.42;P0.01).The coping style had significantly improved(Active coping style t=4.12,P0.01;Negative coping style t=-2.08,P0.05) and self-esteem had significantly improved(t=3.60,P0.01).Conclusion The implementation of class-based positive psychological counseling has a significant effect on building students' positive psychological characters.It is the effective way for school mental health education.
