中医院校大学生家庭亲密度和适应性与应对方式的关系

Relationship among Traditional Chinese Medicine University students' Family Cohesion,Family Adaptability and Coping Style

目的考察家庭亲密度、适应性对中医院校大学生应对方式的影响。方法应用家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV)中文版第三次修订版和简易应对方式问卷,对中医院校321名大学生进行调查研究。结果①家庭亲密度、适应性均与积极应对存在显著正相关(P<0.05),与消极应对存在显著负相关(P<0.05);②家庭亲密度和适应性均可以显著预测积极应对得分(t=3.947,P=0.000;t=2.595,P=0.010),而家庭亲密度可以显著预测消极应对得分(t=-3.039,P=0.003)。结论中医院校大学生家庭亲密度和适应性越高,就越能以更积极、稳定且成熟的方式应对各类问题和事件,进而形成独立自主、适应性强的性格特点。

Objective To investigate family cohesion and adaptability＇s effect on the university students＇ coping style of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 321 students in the university of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）were measured by Family Adaptability,Cohesion Scale（FACESⅡ-CV）,the third revised version of Chinese Edition and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.Results ①Family cohesion and adaptability were positively relevant to the active coping（P0.05）,were negatively relevant to the negative coping（P0.05）;②Family cohesion and adaptability could significantly predict the score of active coping（t=3.947,P=0.000;t=2.595,P=0.010）,family cohesion could significantly predict the score of negative coping（t=-3.039,P=0.003）.Conclusion The higher TCM university students＇ family cohesion and adaptability,the more they can be active,stable and mature to deal with a wide range of issues and events,thus they can form the independent and adaptable character.
