摘要
目的了解当代大学生的害羞和自我意识状况及害羞和自我意识的相关性。方法采用羞怯量表和自我意识量表(SCS)为研究工具,对宁波大学和宁波大红鹰学院的1777名大学生进行了施测,同时匹配年级、性别以及专业等变量。结果大学生的害羞平均值约为37,高于羞怯量表的常模分数;方差分析显示,不同年级大学生的害羞程度和自我差异均显著(F=6.900,P=0.001;F=3.332,P=0.036),大一学生的害羞程度高于大二和大三学生,自我意识程度低于大二和大三学生;大学生的自我意识存在显著的性别差异;害羞与自我意识呈正相关,与私我意识呈负相关,与公我意识呈正相关。结论当代大学生的害羞现象普遍存在,自我意识偏高;害羞与自我意识存在相关。
Objective To know something about the condition of current college students＇shyness and self-consciousness and their relationship.Methods A total of 1777 college students were measured with Shyness Scale and Self-consciousness Scale.Results The average value of shyness was 37 and significantly higher than the norm;There were significant grade differences in shyness and self-consciousness of college students（F=6.900,3.332;P0.05）.Freshmen were more shy than sophomore and senior.Freshmen had lower self-consciousness scores than sophomore and senior.There was significant gender differences in self-consciousness（F=36.42,P=0.000）.Self-consciousness was significantly related to shyness.Conclusion A large number of college students are shy.The level of college students＇ self-consciousness is high.Self-consciousness is significantly related to shyness.
