Meng Xiaosi, Vice-President and Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWFL attended the China- Southeast Asia High-Level People-to-People Dialogue in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on June 3-4. China NGO Network for International Exchanges sponsored the forum. Meng presided over the forum＇s opening ceremony. She also met Zacarias Albano da Costa, Timor-Leste＇s former tbreign minister, during the forum.
