摘要
The China Women＇s Development Foundation （CWDF） and the Rural Development Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences （CASS） established, in an effort to help women establish their own enterprises, a special office in Beijing on July 2. The office＇s purpose is to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the project of offering mothers funding through small loans.
