By the careful inspection on the residence suitable for small families in Shenzhen Special District,the feathers of high-storeyed dwelling houses of small types,is presented in this paper.The author briefly expounds the feathers,designs and the future development of the high-storeyed dwelling houses of small types,in coordination with the experiences and realizations accumulated by the technicians who are in charge of projects development in Shenzhen.
