摘要
目的:建立测定逍遥丸中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱AlchromTM Hyper-Sil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈:0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长:254nm,柱温:30℃,流速:0.8mL.min-1。结果:槲皮素在2.52～25.23μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.69%,RSD为1.40%。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,可用于逍遥丸中槲皮素的测定,为提高逍遥丸的质量标准提供依据。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in XiaoYaoWan （XYW）. Methods：The HPLC analysis was conducted on Luna-C18 column （4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）, The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile ： 0.1% phosphoric acid in a gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1, The column temperature was 30℃ ; the detection wave- length was set at 254 nrn, respectively. Results：The linear range of quercetin was 2.52-25.23 μg/mL（r=0. 9997）, the average recovery was 98.69 %, RSD= 1.40 G （n= 6）. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the determination of quercetin in XYW.
