可调压分流管行囊肿-腹腔分流治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿

Adjustable Valve Underwent Cystoperitoneal Shunt in Treatment of Arachnoid Cyst

目的:探讨可调压分流管行囊肿-腹腔分流治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿的临床疗效。方法:选取枕大池蛛网膜囊肿患者12例为研究对象,给予可调压分流管行囊肿-腹腔分流治疗,观察患者临床疗效。结果:所有病例术后症状逐渐消失,出院前复查CT示枕大池明显缩小。7例得到随访,平均随访时间(30.12±3.46)个月,枕大池及脑室系统大小正常,未见囊肿复发。结论:可调压分流管行囊肿-腹腔分流治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿具有无复发、并发症少等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：Investigate the adjustable shunt tube cystoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of occipital arachnoid cyst treatment of large pool.Methods：Choose 12 cases patients,given the adjustable shunt tube cystoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of.Clinical observation of patients.Results：All patients postoperative symptoms gradually disappear,before the review of CT discharge the cisterna magna significantly reduced.7 cases were followed up,mean follow-up time（30.12 ±3.46） months,the cisterna magna and the ventricular system of normal size,no cyst recurrence.Conclusion：Adjustable shunt tube cystoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of arachnoid cyst has the characteristics of no recurrence,fewer complications,and worth of clinical application.
