The roles of membrane surface antigens on neutrophil during sepsis

摘要 背景机体发生感染时中性粒细胞表面多种功能分子的表型发生变化与炎症的发生、发展及恶化存在潜在联系。目的探讨中性粒细胞表面功能分子表型的生物学效应及意义。内容研究中性粒细胞3大主要功能,黏附、趋化和吞噬。研究相关的多种细胞表面功能分子变化现状。趋向随着对中性粒细胞细胞表面功能分子变化的相关机制研究地不断深入,为早期诊断和治疗脓毒症患者提供了新的方向。 Background Surface antigens on neutrophil may be associated with the occurrence, development and deterioration of inflammation. Objective To find out the underlying biological effects and significance of surface antigens on neutrophil. Content Research progress of changes in surface antigens related to adhesion, chemotaxis and phagocytosis of neutrophil. Trend Further studies on mechanism underlying changes in surface antigen on neutrophil would give insight into diagnosis and treatment for patients with sepsis.
