复杂形体的极限载荷分析

摘要 通过对某机车车钩的有限元弹塑性分析 ,提出了一种将材料的应力应变曲线延拓、应用材料失效体积率判断计算复杂形体极限载荷的方法。并借助于 MARC程序 ,就一般弹塑性材料复杂形体的极限载荷计算方法做了算例分析 。 s: In order to find the ultimate strength load of loaded parts whose shape are complex , a new method is presented in this paper. The stress strain curve of materials is extended continually at the ultimate strength point and the ratio of failure materials volume to total volume of loaded parts is taken as the criterion for finding ultimate load of complex shaped parts. A loaded car coupler is taken as the example for the analysis of ultimate strength load of complex shaped parts with the help of the program MARC , and a satisfactory results is obtained.
