摘要
背景硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S)长期以来一直被视为是一种有毒废气,近年来的研究表明,H2S作为最新发现的内源性气体信号分子,具有重要的生物学活性,广泛参与机体的多种生理、病理过程。目的探讨H2S的生理病理以及与疾病的关系,并就其研究进展作一综述。内容H2s不仅对全身多系统的缺血性等疾病有治疗作用,对神经性及炎症性疼痛的双向性调节作用更是关系密切,其机制可能与其是内源性血管平滑肌的ATP敏感性钾通道(ATP-sensitive potassium channel,KATP)开放剂及具有抗氧化作用相关。趋向H2S这些新用途对探寻临床相关疾病的有效治疗方法具有重要意义,未来研究重点应在H2s对于疼痛作用的确切机制上。
Background Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been regarded as a noxious gas for a long time, studies in recent years has shown that HES acts as the new discovered endogenous gas signal molecule at present, which has important biological activity and take part in many physiological and pathological processes widely. Objective To discuss the relation between the physiological and pathological effect of gaseous signal molecules H2S and diseases, and provides a detailed description of the research processes of H2S. Content H2S not only has therapeutic effects on ischemic diseases of muhisystem, but also has two phases influence on neuropathic and inflammatory pain. The mechanism of effects of H2S might be related to its actions of endogenous vascular smooth muscle ATP-sensitive potassium channel (KAy) channel openers and also antioxidant activity. Trend These new findings of H2S have important significance for exploring the effective treatment for related clinical diseases. Future work should be emphasized on the precise mechanism of H2S for the influene on pain.
