近年我国管理科学与工程学科研究领域交叉特征

A Research Fields' Analysis of Chinese Management Science and Engineering in Recent Years

管理科学与工程是我国特有的一门新兴学科,具有明显的多学科领域交叉性,通过领域交叉性分析可以更好地认识这种性质及其变化趋势。领域交叉研究主要依托于文献计量学,除此之外,社会网络分析也逐渐为领域交叉研究所采用。提出了从研究领域中提取原子词,基于原子词共词关系网络,运用社会网络分析考察学科研究领域交叉性的方法。利用这一方法对2004、2007和2010年管理科学与工程博士生导师的研究领域数据进行分析与比较,研究结果表明,近年我国管理科学与工程学科研究领域交叉性整体上越来越显著。

Management Science and Engineering（MSE） is an emerging discipline in China with appreciable interdisciplinarity features,which can be analysed quantitatively through Interdisciplinary Research（IDR）.Although IDR based mainly on bibliometrics,Social Network Analysis（SNA） has been gradually obsorbed into IDR＇s analyses.This article proposes that one can discover a discipline＇s interdisciplinarity feature with SNA towards the co-word network of atomic words,which can be extracted from the name of the research fields within that discipline.Applying the ideas to MSE Ph.D.supervisors＇ research fields in 2004,2007,and 2010,we concluded that MSE is getting more and more interdisciplinary on the whole in recent years.
