摘要
通过建立城市竞争力评价指标体系,结合TOPSIS法测算城市竞争力,并对城市竞争力得分结果进行分析,提出了城市竞争力演变模拟函数和两种演变策略,然后采用多Agent仿真方法,给出城市群Agent学习算法,运用NetLogo仿真平台创建城市群竞争力演变模型,对城市群中不同主体选择自我提升策略和学习、合作策略过程进行模拟仿真,最终发现,提升城市群竞争力的关键所在是加强城市与城市之间的学习与合作。
The article proposes two different kinds of simulation functions and evolution strategies by establishing index system to evaluate city competitiveness,using the TOPSIS algorithm to measure city competitiveness,and analyzes the grading results of city competitiveness.Then,an algorithm of city cluster is developed based on Multi-Agent simulation approach.Using NetLogo simulation platform to establish evolution model of city cluster competitiveness,the article simulates among different city clusters in the process of self-promotion strategies,learning strategies and cooperation strategies.The conclusion is that the key to improving city cluster competitiveness is to strengthen the communication and cooperation among different cities.
