摘要
排污权交易制度将极大地调动厂商污染治理R&D投资的积极性,因为在排污权交易制度下,厂商可在购买排污权和进行污染治理R&D投资之间做出更有利的选择。讨论了排污权交易条件下,双寡头垄断厂商在不同污染治理R&D投资合作模式下所采取的污染治理R&D投资策略和产品策略,并从社会总剩余的角度,评价了厂商不同的污染治理R&D投资合作模式对社会福利的影响。
Emission trading program will greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of firms＇ RD investment in Pouution abatement since firms have better choice between increasing RD investment in pollution abatement and purchasing emission permits.This paper discusses duopoly firms＇ strategy in RD investment in pollution abatement and product strategy under different abatement RD cooperation types when the two firms engage in emission trading policy and Cornot-Competition in the market and evaluates social welfare of different abatement RD cooperation types from the view-point of social surplus.
