摘要
通过建立线材连轧流量方程 ,推导出拉钢系数与轧件拉缩宽度的关系式 ,并借此分析高速线材头尾超差问题。结果证明
The relationship between the pulling coefficient and the width of pull contract for rolled piece was derived by means of establishing flow equation during continuous rod rolling. The problem of out tolerance between head and tail of high speed wire was analysed by above equation. The results showed that the calculated width of rolled piece correspond to measured one.
