大骨瓣减压治疗高血压脑出血的效果

Clinical effect of large craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析大骨瓣减压治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效,探究其临床价值。方法利用回顾性分析的方法,随机选取我院40例采用大骨瓣减压治疗高血压脑出血患者,分析其临床资料。结果 40例患者中,死亡7例(17.5%),33例患者存活;术后没有患者出现颅内再出血情况;随访时观察患者的日常生活能力,恢复良好率为84.85%。结论利用大骨瓣减压治疗高血压脑出血具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of large craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and to investigate its clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 40 randomly selected patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who received large craniotomy in our hospital. Results Of the 40 patients, 7 （17.5%） died, and 33 survived. Recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage was not found in the patients after surgery. The follow-up showed that 84.85% of all patients had good recovery of activities of daily living. Conclusion Large craniotomy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and holds promise for clinical application.
