摘要
2002年至2012年的十年间,中国经济高速发展,经济总量跃居世界第二,但依然存在经济周期、结构调整、产业升级、民生改善等诸多困境与挑战,对此中国应当通过新一轮改革,应对新阶段各种结构性力量和周期性力量的变化,实现有质量、可持续的增长。
In the decade from 2002 to 2012,China experienced a rapid economic development,with its economic aggregate ranking second in the world,but it still faces many difficulties and challenges in terms of economic cycle,structural adjustment,industrial upgrading and improving people's hvelihood.Based on the analysis of these issues and academic judgments,corresponding policy recommendations should be,through a new round of reforms,to cope with the economic structural and cyclical changes in the new stage,and to attain quality and sustainable growth.
