摘要
目的：报道Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折手法复位的处理经验，方法：局麻后，通过对骨折处的牵拉，挤压及外固定力争达到解剖复位。结果：３８例中 ３２例完全愈合。 ５例发生内固定。结论：手法复位疗可靠，创伤小，腕关节功能恢复好。
