滇重楼药材及腐烂根茎中氨基酸和元素的测定 被引量:7

摘要 目的:测定比较稀缺名贵中药材滇重楼Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnansensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.药材、健康根茎及腐烂根茎中氨基酸、元素和脂肪酸含量。方法:用氨基酸自动分析仪、等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP法)等测定滇重楼药材、健康根茎及腐烂根茎中氨基酸、矿质元素等成分。结果:滇重楼药材、健康根茎及腐烂根茎中氨基酸和元素含量有明显差异。结论:腐烂根茎与药材和健康根茎相比,氨基酸含量都呈下降趋势,脂肪酸含量介于两者之间;腐烂根茎元素含量与药材和健康根茎相比硫、钾和粗纤维含量都有不同程度的下降;腐烂根茎与健康根茎磷含量相同,都为0.11%;钙、铜、锰、灰粉和粗脂肪含量都呈增长趋势;镁、锌、蛋白质和粗纤维与药材相比含量有所增加,与健康根茎相比含量有所下降。 Objective:To analysis the content of the amino acid, chemical elements and fatty acid from different materials of P. polyphylla var. yunnansensis. Methods: Automatic amino acid analyzer, plasma emission spectrometer(ICP) to determine amino acid, chemical elements and fatty acid of medicinal materials ,healthy and rotted rhizomes. Results:The content of amino acid, elements and fatty acid of the medicinal materials, healthy and rotted rhizomes were different. Conclusion: Compared with medicinal material and the healthy rhizome, the content of the amino acid in rotted rhizome are lower, the content of sulfur, potassium and coarse fiber in rotted rhizome was lower than medicinal material and healthy rhizome. The content of phosphorus in rotted rhizome and healthy rhizome were 0. 11%.
