Study on Preparation Technology of Sophorae Flavescens Cream

目的:采用苦参总碱为原料制备苦参乳膏剂。方法:根据预试验及正交试验确认苦参乳的处方及制备工艺,并且进行中试试验。结果:中试产品均匀、细腻、稠度和稳定性各项指标均能达到要求,3批产品RSD=0.83%。结论:苦参乳的处方、制备工艺是可行的。

Objective： Use total alkaloids from Sophaora flavescens as the raw material for preparation of Sophorae flavescens cream. Methods： According to the preliminary test and orthogonal test to confirm the prescription and preparation process of Sophorae flavescens cream, and carry out the pilot test. Results： The pilot products are uniform, delicate, their consistency and stability indicators can meet the requirements. Three batches products RSD = 0. 83%. Conclusion： The prescription, preparation technology of Sophorae flavescens cream is feasible.
