西宁地区几种常用实验动物体内、外寄生虫的调查

INVESTIGATION INTO PARASITES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE COMMON EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS′ BODY IN XINING AREA

对西宁地区部分大、中专院校和科研院所的几种常用实验动物进行随机抽样调查 ,结果发现 :体内外寄生虫总感染率 :家兔最低为 77% ,KM系小鼠最高为 98%。提示 :必须加强实验动物法制化、规范化。

Through the sample survey of common experimental animals in sectional universites,colleges and institutes of Xining area,the author finds out,among general infective rate of parasite inside and outside common experimental animals′ body,rabbits have the lowest (77%),KM systematic mouses have the highest (98%),showing the jural,reputable and standard management being necessary.
