糖尿病患者低血糖昏迷的急诊护理

目的糖尿病患者发生低血糖昏迷不在少数,急诊有时难以鉴别,本文拟总结护理糖尿病患者发生低血糖昏迷的方案。方法严格按诊断标准选择本院61例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,比较缓解率及血糖恢复情况.结果发现实验组较对照组临床缓解率更高,血糖情况控制更好,二组对比有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者合并低血糖昏迷做好急诊护理工作,可使患者症状较快缓解,提高患者生存率。

Objective patients with diabetes hypoglycemic coma are absent sometimes,emergencies are sometimes difficult to identify,this paper intends to summarize the nursing solutions of diabetes in patients with hypoglycemic coma. Methods In strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria for selection in our hospital 61 cases of diabetes hypoglycemic coma patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,compare remission rate and recovery of blood sugar. Results Found that the experimental group was higher than control group in clinical remission rate,blood sugar control was better,the defference was statistically signifi-cant. Conclusion IF diabetic patients with hypoglycemia coma do a good job of emergency nursing,can make the patient quickly relieve symptoms,improve patient surial.
