摘要
现有可以量化的比较科学合理的国家助学金评定办法,评定过程复杂,大多要经过复杂的计算,有的甚至要用到深奥的数学函数,医学院校师生很难准确掌握和熟练运用.为了提高医学院校国家助学金评定的效率和科学性,湖北民族学院医学院采用多循环比较积分法,对申请助学金的学生进行困难程度排序,大大提高了评定的效率和准确性,有效地避免了争议的产生,本文对此方法进行阐述并探讨了评定中出现的问题及其解决办法.
The existing quantitative national stipend evaluation methods,evaluation process is complex,mostly through complicated calculation,some even need use esoteric function.Medical schools teachers and students is difficult to accurately grasp and skillful use them.To solve the outstanding problems in the assessment of medical college state grants,students to apply for grants were sorted according to degree of poverty using multiple circulating comparing integral interpolation.It provided a scientific and reasonable standard for the assessment of the medical college state grants,greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the assessment,and effectively avoided the generation of the dispute.The article also discussed the problems and solutions of the evaluation.
