以问题为基础学习（problem-based learning,PBL）被广泛应用于医学教学中,案例是实施PBL教学的基础.本文探讨了编写案例的注意事项,包括案例应当具有真实性、典型性;案例的设计要循序渐进;案例的内容要结合学生学习的知识;案例编写和审定需要一个专业的团队来完成等内容,其目的在于提高PBL教学质量.

Problem-based learning is widely used in medical teaching.Case is the basis of the implementation of PBL teaching.This paper discussed precautions of the case preparation.The case should have authenticity and typicality,should be gradual and with suspense.Designation of the case should combine with the knowledge of the students＇ learning.To improve the PBL teaching quality and effect,case writing and validation need to be completed with a professional team.
