摘要
本文通过对伦琴、亚历山大·弗莱明、保尔·赫尔曼·米勒、吕克·蒙塔尼和保罗·格林加德等多位诺贝尔生理学或医学奖获得者的科研经历的研究,得到以下五方面的启示：临床科研立题应当注重临床实践发现的问题;临床科研应当重视从临床现象中发现潜在规律;科研成果应当注重加快医学转化;临床科研课题应当加强同企业横向协作的“产学研”转化;临床科研工作者需要献身精神等：期盼能够对优化临床医学研究生培养模式提供参考.
In this paper,by retrospectively review the study career of many Nobel prize awards in physiology and medicine,such as Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen,Alexander Fleming,Luc Montagnier and Paul Greengard et al,we obtained the enlightenment and proposed that the improvement of cultivating model for medical postgraduated students that,for clinical research subject it is should be based on clinical practice.Including that we should emphasize the accidental clinical phenomenon which may be exists in the inevitability of the medical law,the study should be cooperate with enterprises and scientific research achievements should emphasize the model of transformation medical and the education of medical selfless dedication spirit.
