摘要
目的 比较研究硕士研究生学历住院医师“3年期第一阶段”与“2年期第一阶段”培训方案的实施情况,探讨“2年期第一阶段”方案的有效性与可行性.方法 采取问卷调查方式研究硕士研究生学历住院医师“2年期第一阶段”方案的认可度与可行性;以2011年度江苏省硕士研究生学历住院医师规范化培训第一阶段理论考试成绩,分析研究“2年期第一阶段”方案的有效性.结果 对硕士研究生学历住院医师培训方案的问卷调查显示,受访者对两种方案的认知差异无统计学意义;参加“2年期第一阶段”培训的硕士研究生学历住院医师与参加“3年期第一阶段”培训的住院医师的理论考核通过率差异亦无统计学意义.结论 本研究初步提示,硕士研究生学历住院医师“2年期第一阶段”的培训方案是可行的、有效的.
Objective This study aims to investigate the efficiency and feasibility of the "two-year first-stage" training program for the residents with master' s degree by comparing the implementing effects between the "two-year first-stage" training program and the "three-year first-stage" training program.Methods This study investigated the feasibility of the "two-year first-stage" training program by questionnaires.The grade reports of the residents with master' s degree participating in the 2011 Jiangsu first-stage resident training examination were analyzed to measure the efficiency of the "two-year first-stage" training program.Results There was no significant statistical difference in recognition on the "two-year first-stage" training program between the master residents in the "two-year first-stage" training program and those in the "three-year first-stage" training program.There was also no difference in the qualified rates between these residents in the training examination.Conclusions This study suggests that the "two-year first-stage" training program for the residents with master' s degree has been widely recognized,and it is feasible,practicable and considered to be an effective training program currently.
