摘要
本文探讨了麻醉科住院医师临床麻醉思维培养中存在的问题与对策.麻醉科住院医师在临床麻醉思维培养过程中存在着自身缺乏兴趣、理论和实践脱节、与患者沟通能力差、培养教师教学方法不得当、频繁更换培养教师以及社会不良风气影响等问题.北京大学第二临床医学院麻醉与疼痛医学教研室采取增加住院医师病例讨论发言机会、提高培养教师水平、推行住院医师导师制度和增加住院医师与患者交流机会等方法,提高了麻醉科住院医师临床思维能力和整体麻醉水平.
Some problems and countermeasures of clinical anesthesia thinking training for anesthesia residents were discussed in this paper.Some residents lacked of activeness to train clinical anesthesia thinking and lacked of communicated ability with patients; their anesthesia theories disjoined with practices; clinical teachers had unsuitable teaching methods and were frequently changed and the residents were influenced by some social bad customs.All of the approaches,including to improve clinical teachers' quality,to change the methods of clinical anesthesia thinking teaching,to add speaking opportunities of anesthesia residents through discussing cases ; to add communicating chances with patients,has improved the effect of clinical anesthesia thinking and anesthesia level for anesthesia residents.
