摘要
本文以南通大学医学院学生评教为例,在筛除了异常数据之后,构建了模糊评判模型,由该模型计算出每位教师的评分,并使用方差分析方法分析了教师特征、学生特征以及环境特征对学生评教影响,从而得到这三者对评教影响显著的结论,同时,结合相关的数据给出评教的几点思考.
In this paper,the effect of the characteristics of teachers,student and environmental on evaluation of teaching has been explored.Data of the evaluation of teaching which came from Nantong University School of Medicine was analyzed.Based on the screening of abnormal data,a fuzzy evaluation model was built.The model calculated each teacher' s rating,and analyzed the effect of characteristics of teachers,student and environmental of the teaching on student evaluation of teaching.Based on the analysis,the reflection of teaching evaluation was given.
