摘要
教师是实施综合能力培养的主导。教师要具有创新意识 ,不断地自我更新 ,积极挖掘现行教材中培养学生综合能力的素材。综合理科教育以及在课堂教学中实施讨论式、探究式教学是培养学生综合能力的重要手段。通过课堂教学 ,组织学生进行综合性的实践活动 ,是对学生实施综合能力培养的最直接、最有效的途径。改革考核方法 ,检测学生的综合能力 。
As the controller of the process of synthetical ability trai ni ng, teachers must have innovative awareness, improve themselves continually and actively explore materials for the training of the students synthetical ability in the contemporary teaching materials. The important means taken to train the s tudents synthetical ability include the education of comprehensive science, and carrying out the discussion and exploration models of teaching in class. The mos t direct and effective way to train the students synthetical ability is to organ ize the students to carry out the comprehensive practice through classroom teach ing. An important link to carry out the training of the synthetical ability is t o reform the assessment methods, focusing on the examining of the students synth etical ability.
