改良扩肛法联合饮食干预治疗昏迷患者便秘的效果观察

Observation the effect of applied improved enlarge anal method combined with dietary intervention in coma patients with constipation

目的探讨改良扩肛法联合饮食干预对昏迷患者便秘的影响及作用。方法将昏迷合并便秘的219例患者随机分为研究组(113例)和对照组(106例)。对照组针对便秘情况常规处理,必要时给予缓泻剂或灌肠;研究组在常规处理的基础上干预患者的饮食情况,根据便秘状况进行扩肛手法处理。观察干预前及干预2周后2组患者每周排便次数。结果干预前2组患者每周排便次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预2周后研究组每周排便次数多于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对昏迷便秘患者进行改良扩肛法加饮食干预后,有效地改善或缓解了患者便秘状况,提高了其生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of applied improved enlarge anal method combined with dietary intervention in coma patients with constipation. Methods 219 coma patients with constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group（113 cas- es） and control group（106 cases）. The control group take conventional treatment for constipation and give delay evacuant or enema for necessary. Research group take dietary intervention on the basis of conventional tr^atment, according to constipation status to take im- proved enlarge anal method. To observe defecation times before and after intervention 2 weeks ago in two groups. Results Before in- tervention the defecation times in two groupse was no statistical significance（P〉0.05） difference. The defecation times in research group was more than the control group after 2 weeks intervention. Compare differences in the 2 groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Applied improved enlarge anal method combined with dietary intervention in coma patients with constipation can improve or relieve constipation patients＇ condition effectively and improve the quality of life.
