连续性个性化健康教育在经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流长期置管患者中的应用

Application of Continuously Individualized Health Education for Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drainage with Long-term Indwelled Tube

目的探讨连续性个性化健康教育在经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流长期置管患者中的应用效果。方法将82例经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术长期置管的患者随机分为对照组和干预组各41例,临床观察3个月,干预组在患者置管过程中采用连续性个性化的健康教育及出院随访,对照组进行常规健康教育和出院指导,观察2组患者对置管引流知识掌握情况,对护理工作的满意度及出院后导管护理情况。结果干预组知识掌握度为87.80%,明显高于对照组;患者满意度高于对照组;干预组导管并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施连续性个性化健康教育可以提高患者对引流管相关知识的认知程度及对导管的自我护理能力,提高患者满意度,减少导管留置期间并发症。

Objective To explore the application value of continuously individualized health education for patients undergoing percuta- neous transhepatic biliary drainage with long-term indwelled tube. Methods 82 patients undergoing percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage with long-term indwelled tube were randomly, divided into control group and experiment group 41 patients were assigned to each group with clinical observation of 3 months. Patients in experiment group received continuously individualized health education during the process of drainage tube placement and follow-up after discharge, while patients in control group were provided with regu- lar health education and discharge guidance. Patients＂ knowledge of indwelled tube drainage, their satisfaction degree toward nurses＂ work and catheter nursing after discharge between these two groups were evaluated. Results Patients＂ knowledge level in experiment group is 87.80%, which is apparently higher than that of control group. Their satisfaction degree toward nurses＂ work is better in ex- periment group. Furthermore, drainage-related complications in experiment group is lower than that of control group. Conclusion Con- tinuously individualized health education can improve patients＂ understanding on drainage tube and their ability of self care toward drainage tube. It also increases patients＂ satisfaction degree and reduces drainage-related complications.
