总结了全面质量管理在医院感染管理中的运用。将全面质量管理模式(TQM)中的全方位、全员、全程管理理念引入医院感染管理中。具体内容包括:将与感染管理有关的所有部门纳入感染管理网络,对全员进行感染相关知识和运用技能进行培训,通过改进监控方式方法,实现全程监控。形成了纵向从源头、过程到结果,从临床、供应链路到管理层的全覆盖感染管理网络。从而改变了以前单一针对临床及感染数据结果进行管理的方式。经过本院的实践,认为将全面质量管理方法有机地融入医院感染管理,能提高管理效率和管理质量,有效降低医院感染的发生。

This paper summarized the affect that the total quality management been used in the hospital infection management. We in- troduced the all-round, all employees, the whole process of management into the infection management process. The specific content includes： All the infection management relevant departments was incorporated into the infection management network, all employees must be trained with the infection-related knowledge and skills, and through improved monitoring ways and means achieved the full monitoring. The infection management network was formed with comprehensive coverage including from the source and process to the result ,from the clinical department and supply link to the management department. Thus, the way of the previous infection manage- ment was changed because it single managed the clinical departments and only relied the data of the infection management. After practice, We believe that the total quality management approach organically into the hospital infection management can improve man- agement efficiency and management quality and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
