通过查找神经外科护理工作的不足,总结分析护患纠纷发生的原因。原因包括工作责任心不强、沟通不到位、服务态度欠缺、法律意识淡薄、患方期望值过高等。认为正确认识神经外科护患纠纷,全面提高护士综合素质,可确保护理工作安全、有效,构建和谐的护患关系。

To investigate the insufficiency of nurse caring in neurosurgery and to summarize the causes of disputions in nurse-patient relationships. The causes included the lack of responsibilities,communications,legal consciousness, deficient attitudes,and also because of the patients＂ high value of expectations, which are the main reasons for the nurse-patient relationships disputions of neurosurgery. We consider that to make correct recognizations of disputions between nurse-patient relationship in neurosurgery and enhance nurses＂ syn- thetic qualities for the sake of harmnious nurse-patient relationships.
