加强院前急救物资安全管理实践及效果

The practice and effect of reinforce care security control of the pre-hospital emergency supplies

目的探索院前急救物资的管理,提高护理工作效率。方法通过制定院前急救物资管理的质控标准和方法,选拔专职质控人员,采用三级检查和持续改进的管理方法来管理院前急救车辆上的物品、仪器设备;比较实施前后急救物资齐备完好率、院前接班时间、医护人员及患者满意度。结果实施前后急救物资齐备完好率、院前接班时间、医护人员满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施院前急救物资规范化管理能够保证院前急救物资处于完好备用状态,提高了院前急救工作效率和护理质量。

Objective To explore the management of the pre-hospital emergency supplies for improving the effect of the nursing.Methods select the specific nurse as quality controller by the standard and method of quality control. To manage the supplies of the ambulance, by three level monitor and continuous improvement of control. To analyze the rate of intact of supplies,the time of shift and the degree of satisfaction of medical workers before and after the program, by SPSS13.0 statistics soft ware. Results The serviceability rate of sup- plies,the time of shift and the degree of satisfaction of medical workers were different significantly before and after the program had been implemented （P〈0.01）. Conclusion implementation of pre-hospital emergency supplies of standardized management can keep the supplies in good condition; at the same time improve the effect of pre-hospital emergency and nursing quality.
